Using AlignMyRead

AlignMyRead is a reader community that publishes ratings and reviews of books evaluated against biblical principles. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes to discover and evaluate books, share links to reviews on social media, and reference our scores and reviews with proper attribution to AlignMyRead.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for personal, non-commercial reading decisions and discussion.
• Share links to our reviews and reference our ratings with attribution.
• Follow our community guidelines when leaving ratings, comments, or feedback.

Prohibited use

• Scraping, copying, or bulk downloading of our reviews and ratings.
• Using our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Misrepresenting our reviews or scores, or taking them out of context.
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with our rating or community systems.
• Impersonating AlignMyRead, its team, or other readers.
• Posting content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates our community standards.

User accounts

Accounts are optional but unlock ratings, comments, shelves, and follows. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Display names, handles, and other profile content must follow our community standards. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

User-submitted content

Ratings, comments, shelves, and other content you post remain yours. By posting, you grant AlignMyRead a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating the site. We may remove content that violates these terms or that we consider inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
